Starting January 28th, UFS will be hosting a series of short 2 - 3 hour instructional seminars on various Arboricultural skills in the store on Saturday mornings.

O.C.A.A. Pesticide Course
O.C.A.A. is currently offering a pesticide course designed to help students pass the Ministry of the Environment Pesticide licensing exam. The course will review the Ontario Pesticides Act, safety protocols, IPM principals, math calculations for mixing and applying products, pest biology and habits, safe use and selection of pesticides. The course is being held at UFS from February 6 - 9, 2017
O.C.A.A Report Writing for Arborists
This course will guide you through the main report formats used in the arboricultral business (the “form report”; the letter form and the booklet form) and will cover the issues that consulting arborists need to consider surrounding reports – pricing, insurance coverage, determination of assignments, and style. The course is being held at UFS on March 3, 2017
