The JMC Conventional Handle works best when shallow sampling in soft soils. Though it is high-strength nickel-plated steel, this handle should not be used with a mallet. If sampling hard soils, consider our JMC T-Handle. The Conventional Handle will fit most JMC Sampling Tubes.
Note: While adding extensions to this handle is possible, we recommend you consider our JMC Backsaver or T-Handle for applications requiring samples deeper than the length of your tube.
