Who's Eligible?
Active duty, veterans, and retirees. Military groups outside of Canada are eligible.
Verify your status using your email or by uploading documentation such as: DD-214 or DD-256, LES/DFAS/TRICARE document, military ID card, USAA/NFCU document, G.I. Bill document, or a military discount card.
What does my 10% off discount apply to?
Your 10% discount code applies to most purchases made online. The discount is intended for personal use only and does not extend to items purchased for others. Discount is not valid in combination with any other discounts or promotions, or on items for gifting or resale.
Exclusions: Pfanner, Protos, DBI Sala, Portable Winch, AirSpade, GRCS (Good Rigging Control Systems), Juniper Systems, Laser Technology, Hasegawa, Maasdam, and Husqvarna.
How do I get verified and redeem my discount?

Timing and reuse
- You can use the code as soon as it’s issued.
- Each code is single-use. To get another code, repeat verification after 24 hours.
How long does document review take?
Most documents are reviewed and approved within 2–5 minutes. VerifyPass uses a combination of automated checks and human review to confirm authenticity.
Will I get a confirmation while my document is being reviewed?
Yes. While your application is under review, VerifyPass will display an “Application Pending” message on the screen and also send you an “Application Received” email. If you’re auto-approved (no document upload required), you’ll be verified instantly and move straight to receiving your discount code.
How will I receive my discount code?
If you are auto-approved or instantly verified, your code will appear right on the screen. If you upload a document, your code will always be sent by email. The popup will also let you know you can close it and wait for the email.
Can I share my discount or use it for my business?
No. The discount is for your personal use only and can’t be shared or used for business purchases.
Can I use my discount in store?
No. Your discount code will only work online.
Can I apply the discount to a past purchase?
No. Discounts apply only at the time of checkout on new orders.
I live in a different country than what’s shown on my ID. Can I still use the discount?
Yes. Verify using the details on your document - your shipping address can be different.
What’s the return policy on discounted items?
Our standard return policy applies.
Who is the verification provider and how is my data protected?
We use a third-party verification partner to confirm eligibility and issue codes. They use encrypted transmission, retain minimal data needed to confirm eligibility, and delete uploaded documents after review. You control when you verify and when you request new codes.
