AtHeight Simarghu Stiff Tether 12"

This new stiff tether has been designed for use with the ISC Rope Wrench.   It features a connection point partway up the tether that is used to connect the tether to a chest harness.  Rubber rings in both ends keep the Rope Wrench in a neutral position.
